Mad Max: Fury Road - 10 Reasons It’ll Be The Best Film Of 2015
4. Tom Hardy
Tom Hardy put on some fantastic performances in Bronson, Warrior, and Inception, but his breakout performance was supposed to be as Bane in Christopher Nolan's third and final Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises. Then he went and delivered a nearly unintelligible riff on Darth Vader, taking the impact away from a visually intimidating character. In short, it wasn't the performance fans were looking for, and it left many with an uneasy taste in their mouths. Hardy, however, is still a fantastic actor, and the safe bet is that he knocks his portrayal of Max Rockatansky out of the park. Will Chris Pratt be this good in Jurassic World? Emilia Clarke in Terminator: Genisys? Fans already know what to expect in the next Avengers movie, and as with Star Wars, that's an ensemble cast. Hardy, and Fury Road, have the best chance to really turn in an iconic performance - and take the movie out of the realm of just action.
