14. Benicio Del Toro - $45m

Despite appearing in the MCU and the James Bond franchise, it might come as something of a shock that Benicio Del Toro has only twice been in movies that banked more than $100m at the box office. But with an appearance in Star Wars: The Last Jedi upcoming, that's bound to change. And he's still clearly worth the big bucks to Hollywood's cheque writers, who've helped him on the way to $45m.

He's now appeared in two MCU movies - including his cameo in Thor: The Dark World - and there's definitely some unfinished business for his character. So we can probably expect another healthy paycheque.
