Died In: Captain America: The Winter Soldier

As a seemingly loyal S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, Sitwell showed up in several of the films, a pair of One-Shots and a handful of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. episodes before the events of The Winter Soldier revealed his true loyalty to HYDRA. 

While being forcibly escorted by Cap, Black Widow and Falcon to help them stop Project Insight from unfolding, the Winter Soldier landed on the roof of their car, ripped Sitwell out from the back seat and tossed him straight into oncoming traffic before anybody could react.
