For disrupting Fisk's date with Vanessa, Anatoly - and viewers - got their first glimpse at the end of In The Blood at just how ruthless Fisk could be. Driven out with Wesley for a "talk" with Fisk, Anatoly instead was ambushed and dragged out of the car, where Fisk beat him down and eventually decapitated him by slamming the car door repeatedly against his head.
