There are some great characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - Loki, Tony Stark, Agent Phil Coulson and Bruce Banner to name a few - and when certain pairs of characters are put on the screen together, the chemistry is majestic. Whether it's because they get along well together and the camaraderie is good, like with Stark and Banner, or because the rivalry is intense, like with Loki and Thor, or just because it's funny, like with Coulson and Captain America, certain character pairs are just enjoyable to see together on screen. But what of the characters who haven't met (on screen at least) yet? It could be because the two characters haven't met full stop, it could be because they simply haven't been in a film together yet or it could be because one or both of the characters have yet to be properly introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but several encounters between certain pairs of characters haven't happened yet.
