1. Spider-Man - Team Iron Man Then Team Captain America
While it's not yet even been confirmed that Spider-Man will appear in Civil War, the news that Marvel has already begun feeling out casting has many fans thinking it's a sure thing. Peter Parker is at the heart of some of the most memorable and critical moments in the comic arc, and not having him play a role in the film version would just be wrong. If he does show up, it could be in a minor introductory role just to establish the character - which would be utterly pointless since he's one of the most beloved comic book icons of all time - but hopefully Marvel goes all out and fully thrusts him into the plot. If they follow the comic story, Peter will initially side with Tony Stark before the decision to task villains with apprehending his friends sends him over the edge and causes him to cross the battle lines to join forces with Cap. A lot of the main character components and combat situations feature Spidey heavily, and Marvel would be wise to not only include him in the movie prominently but use him to his fullest potential.
