MCU: 10 Big Implications Of Adding The Fantastic Four

An over-enthusiastic denial says what?

The Fantastic Four are coming home! Possibly. That's what we're all hoping and assuming anyway because, last week, there were rumours that Marvel Studios had struck a deal with 20th Century Fox to acquire Marvel's first family and utilise them in the hugely successful Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise. The rumour was flatly denied by Fox, but anyone with half a brain knows not to believe such denials - and, let's be sensible here, there's no smoke without fire. You have to believe that something triggered those rumours - and even if that trigger was just talks between Marvel Studios and Fox about a potential deal, the former WILL get their way eventually, so you can probably expect Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm to be on their way to the MCU imminently. It would obviously be great news if it turned out to be true. Fox have abused the heroic quartet for long enough now (three mostly bad movies since 2005) and it's about time they were put in the hands of a studio that knows what it's doing.
