MCU: 10 Comic Book Characters That Could Be Introduced In Deadpool 3
5. Bob, Agent Of Hydra
During the climax of Deadpool, Wade Wilson stops fighting Ajax's henchmen when he recognises one of them is his friend, Bob. They chat for a moment before Wade goes right back to slicing and dicing. Although casual viewers assumed this was a throwaway gag, people familiar with the source material knew this back-and-forth had a deeper meaning.
In the comics, Wade befriends a Hydra agent called Bob Dobalina, who only joined the terrorist organization for a steady paycheck. Realising Bob is a pretty nice guy, Deadpool encouraged him to leave Hydra to work for him.
Bob may be a minor character, but that's no reason why he couldn't make a home for himself in the MCU. Despite the fact we are always eager to see iconic supervillains and epic action, the comedy and writing in Deadpool is at its funniest when it highlights mundane situations. Although it was cool to see Juggernaut and Cable in the Deadpool films, it was loser characters like Dopinder and Peter who stole the show.
Even if Bob played a teeny-weeny role in the upcoming Deadpool film, he's sure to leave an impact.
