Considering Marvel have had such an issue with leaks and spoilers over the years - and have in fact encouraged the culture of spoiler currency by both being great at their jobs and valuing huge story twists - you'd think they'd have always had major secrecy policies.

Nowadays they gag actors, film entirely fake sequences to throw off paparazzi and ace scoopers and flatout lie in their marketing. But back in Iron Man 2, there methods were far simpler.

When the film was shipped out, it was code-named Glow and sent in three separate cans, with the third can containing the start and end reels locked tight. The combination wasn't sent until a few hours before the midnight screenings to stop any inquisitive early birds watching and spoiling.
