MCU: 8 Billion Dollar Marvel Movies To Justify Buying Fox

1. X-Men Versus Avengers

As soon as it was announced that Disney now owned Fox's comic book movie characters, everyone in their right mind immediately started entertaining ideas of them putting the Avengers and the X-Men into a ring and making them scrap to the bitter end. Or something like that anyway.

If Captain America: Civil War proved one thing, it's that there is a big appetite for superhero versus movies (even Batman v Superman pulled in a lot of money despite a huge cloud of negativity around it), and having Marvel's two biggest brands clash is a no-brainer in that respect.

The film wouldn't even require one of the teams to be rebranded as villains: after all, the idea of the X-Men "invading" Earth from another universe to escape some catastrophic event works without too much effort and it would open up the correct circumstances for misguided conflict.

Quite honestly, any movie with Avengers Versus X-Men above the door is going to make an absolute bundle of cash.
