MCU: Every Final Battle Ranked From Worst To Best

Say what you will about Shane Black's Iron Man threequel and its controversial Madarin twist, but you can't deny that the film's action sequences are spot-on.

The finale of Iron Man 3 isn't without some setbacks. Aldrich Killian is a pretty lame villain, and certainly not what we expected of "the Mandarin." Also, Pepper's death fakeout was cheap and unnecessary, and the clean slate protocol was pointless too,

Those flaws aside, however, the battle itself is fun. The various Iron Man armors provide a ton of great action, and the stakes are escalated from what we got in the first two Iron Man films.

Again, Pepper's death fakeout was stupid, but it was pretty cool seeing her with extremis powers, taking out an Iron Man armor and blowing up Killian.

This climax may be overblown, but it's very entertaining, if not quite the perfect sendoff for the Iron Man trilogy.
