Like Marvel, Lucasfilm now has strong links with Disney. In fact, two years ago, Disney purchased the company and, as such, both Star Wars and Marvel Studios movies are essentially produced by Disney. Therefore, it would be very cool to link the two franchises by including some kind of Star Wars Easter egg in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. The potential ways in which this could be done are now almost endless, as the Marvel Cinematic Universe has branched out in to space. Any number of aliens from the Star Wars franchise could simply appear in the background of a space scene. Of course, this would make some fans think a crossover was on the cards - which is very unlikely (especially with regards to popular Star Wars characters, who would be long dead given that it happened "a long time ago") - and that would only end in disappointment.
