MCU Phase 4 Avengers: 15 Characters Who Must Appear (And Who Should Play Them)

Adam Warlock's appearance in the MCU has already been teased massively, through the end of the second Guardians Of The Galaxy film. With the future of that series now up for date however, Marvel need to be reminded that, whatever the status of the three-quel, this character should still be brought to the big screen.

Warlock has played a major role in numerous Marvel story arcs over the years, primarily the ones centring around the Infinity Stones, the hero having been both the protector of the soul gem and the wielder of the gauntlet previously. So, while it may be too late to have him join the roster in time for Endgame, it would be silly to leave out a character that has been as pivotal to the comic book universe as Adam has.

With the character being supposedly perfect, no choice of actor is going to please everyone, though a pretty good suggestion would be Jay Ali. This role would be quite a departure from Ali's usual performances, but we're sure that he'd manage, with his recent portrayal of Ray Nadeem in Daredevil being a highlight of that particular series.

And speaking of Daredevil, while it may not be commonplace for people to play more than one character in a given universe, cinematic or otherwise, Nadeem isn't from the comics, meaning that Ali is yet to actually portray a true Marvel persona.
