While he was snubbed for the role of the New Cap, Bucky Barnes is now cured of his Winter Soldier ailments and being a murderous wretch and will join up with Sam Wilson for the Disney+ show bearing both of their names. Or is he?

The Russos claim that Steve Rogers didn't give Buck the shield because he's still vulnerable and his mind is still wounded, so could it be that the show reintroduces The Winter Soldier? Could that be why the title isn't The Falcon & Bucky? He's surely going to be the target of Zemo's wrath at the very least.
