51. John Walker/US Agent (Wyatt Russell) - The Falcon And The Winter Soldier

After Zemo's reveal at Comic Con, D23 saw the revelation that US Agent would be also joining The Falcon & The Winter Soldier. So that's another super-soldier added to proceedings.

John Walker will be played by Wyatt Russell in the series. Having initially debuted as the supervillain Super-Patriot in 1986, US Agent is vert much Cap's opposite - a patriotic villain, which is an interesting thing to explore given the current political climate.

Interestingly, in the comics, US Agent Walker ended up taking on Captain America's mantle when Cap dropped the role so perhaps Walker could be presented as a government approved alternative to Sam Wilson and that's why Anthony Mackie says Wilson will not be Captain America?
