2. Fantastic Four

It would be churlish not to acknowledge how poor the Fantastic Four's appearances on film have been so far, but that shouldn't dissuade any fans of their potential as a viable cinematic property.

They are Marvel's first family (even though they've been put on ice for a fair while in the comics universe) and the MCU has already captured the tone that would suit them best (which is what Josh Trank's F4ntastic struggled with most).

When Disney were looking at the prospect of buying Fox's cinematic rights, the potential in Reed Richards, Johnny Storm, Sue Storm and The Thing has to have been a big selling point. They represent an opportunity of an almost completely blank slate, after all, and their success under Marvel would be a hell of a bragging chance for the studio.

Throw in the Silver Surfer too and it'll be even better.
