MCU Phase 4: Which Characters Will Return After Avengers: Endgame?

18. Kraglin

Status: Unknown

Not even a single solitary moment was given up to explaining where the hell Kraglin went. He wasn't in Infinity War and he wasn't in Endgame. So who even knows whether he's alive or dead. Presumably, if he was snapped away, he's back now, but it doesn't explain where.

Next Up: Who know, but Guardians Vol 3 probably?

Sean Gunn is a major component in James Gunn films (he plays on-set version of Rocket after all) that there's just no way that he's not returning for Vol 3. Whether Kraglin does or not remains to be seen, but the end of Vol 2 definitely set up the idea of him being a new Guardian. And if he's on set, you'd think his brother would use him again for more than Rocket?

19. Scarlet Witch

Status: Alive

The badass Scarlet Witch is back and though she looked somewhat in danger to be permanently retired in the Infinity Saga finale, she made it out alive and got to give Thanos a bit of a tongue-lashing on the way too.

She might be done with movie MCU (honestly, none of that is clear at this stage), but she has unfinished business before she hangs up her famous red coat.

Next Up: WandaVision

As Elizabeth Olsen has now confirmed, the TV show is set in the 1950s, which suggests either that it's another Elseworlds style project (like Loki's time travelling show) or that it's all a vision conjured by Witch to deal with her grief. That would suit her character development in the comics.

The best theory is that she steals Vision from the timeline somewhere and they go off to live together in happiness in the 50s. Because where else would a witch and a robot be able to live in peace?
