12. Reed Richards/Mr Fantastic (TBC) - Fantastic Four

The leader of the Fantastic Four - and a potential leadership candidate for the entire MCU (particularly if Marvel go with a riff on the Illuminati ensemble as well as an active Avengers team) - is Mr Fantastic. Stretch Armslong himself.

He's a difficult character to capture, because the idea of someone whose power is super elasticity is a little goofy, let's be honest - but the key issue is just putting him in the right framework. If Marvel Studios ignored the call to bring the team to the modern day, they could get someone like Brad Bird to make an incredible futurist 1960s Fantastic Four movie and Mr Fantastic would absolutely fit there.
