10. The Thing (TBC) - Fantastic Four

And now for the hardest character in the MCU. Literally. It might be a controversial thing to say, but The Thing is arguably better when he's an Avenger than when he's a member of the Foursome, but there's no way he's debuting anywhere other than with his traditional science unit.

Ben Grimm is a wonderful character, nuanced, vulnerable and deep and all wrapped up in a delightful rock-hard casing. In that respect, he's a lot like The Hulk and Wolverine and as long as Marvel don't fudge the character design or the required effects work, he'll be a great new addition to the MCU.

If we can have someone like Holt McCallany (from Mindhunter) playing him, too, that would be an absolute win.
