MCU Phase 5: Every Single Character Confirmed (So Far)

8. Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) - Captain Marvel 2

She might have mostly sat out Endgame apart from a couple of important extended cameos, but Captain Marvel proved in her solo debut that she's no flash-in-the-pan hero. She's also got lots of unfinished business in the MCU, both in the "present" timeline and in the past of the 1990s.

We can safely assume that Captain Marvel 2 will take us back to the 1990s as Marvel heads out into space to track the other Skrulls, continue to fight off the Kree and also to appoint herself as the protector of other races and planets that she will come to be by the time Endgame was set. Whatever the specifics, having her come back for Phase 5 is a big deal.

Alongside her, we can make some pretty fair assumptions on who else will be in the sequel...
