As you've no doubt noticed, there's been little mention of the Marvel characters Disney will be gaining back when they purchase 20th Century Fox.

Firstly, that's still an 'if' at the moment, with plenty of obstacles in the way of a deal being completed. And even if it does go through, it won't be until early-2019, with a 12-18 month period for approving the deal. Fox have already lined-up three X-movies for next year, so the earliest things could really start changing would be 2020.

Add in the fact Marvel need to really plan the introductions though - it's not like Spidey, who was relatively easy to drop into this world - and then finding writers, directors, a story, and so on, it's hard to imagine we'll see the MCU using the X-Men or Fantastic Four in this period. From 2023 onwards, then maybe, but even then - supposing Marvel might want the characters to have rested, allowing a clean break - more like 2025.
