13. Hulk - His Penchant For Destruction
The Incredible Hulk is a bit of a strange one because even though the raging monster hasn't committed any one unforgivable act, he is known for flying off the handle and destroying things at every given opportunity, resulting in a lot of collateral damage.
With that in mind, we're just going to group the volatile hero's actions all into one because, heroic or not, nobody likes collateral damage - and when you're an unpredictable giant green monster with anger issues, people are going to get hurt.
An example of this would be that time he almost killed Black Widow during the first Avengers movie just because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time - and yeah, that led to the strange romantic connection between the pair in the sequel, but it's still something that Bruce Banner would never have wanted to happen... much like all of the other destruction he left in his wake in the 2008 Incredible Hulk movie.
