The pesky God of Mischief has plenty of tricks up his sleeve and has proved himself to be a noticeable adversary and an occasionally slippery ally to the band of heroes known as The Avengers, and more often than not, to his older brother Thor.
Loki first graced our screens in 2011's Thor, where we learned more about his origins, and particularly his slightly fractious relationship with his big brother.
Following this, Loki appeared in four subsequent MCU films, and the good news for his fans is that he is soon to be the star of his own Disney+ series, set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, and focusing on his alternate timeline adventures.
