Mickey Rourke as THE WRESTLER! Footage below...

Confirmation came yesterday that Marisa Tomei will indeed play the wife to Mickey Rourke's wrestler in Darren Aronofsky's next film about a ROCKY-like character who is enticed back into the ring after his doctor's advise him that one more match could be fatal. And today we have some really cool footage from a wrestling arena, with Aronofsky directing Rourke to what looks to be the final moments of a bloody and violent match. Ouch is all I'm going to say! Rourke looks to have the entrance music Welcome to the Jungle from Guns & Roses and for my money he makes an extremely convincing wrestler. Then again, as soon as he got the gig we all knew he would right? My question is, when will we find out that this movie is actually an art film about a dying man and his 'coma' about his younger days when he was a wrestler?
