6. Michael Steals A Whole Damn Lab
Perhaps the single most braindead subplot in the film involves Michael acquiring a new lab to work from in order to engineer a compound to kill both Milo and himself.
In oh-so-convenient fashion, Michael meets with Martine (Adria Arjona) at a diner where he overhears some thugs trying to pass off counterfeit bills to the waitress.
Because of Michael's super-hearing, he's also able to hear them mention a lab that they're about to go back to, and so follows the punks on their way.
He then uses his powers to effortlessly subdue the goons, joking that he's "Venom," and insisting that they leave their Cheetos behind for him to snack on.
It's at this point that Morbius truly descends into an absolute tonal car crash. It's fascinating to behold, and so, so bad.
