As the fighters are teleported around the islands for their fights, Sonya Blade finds herself in the middle of a jungle, being stalked and attacked by some invisible force.

The situation, along with the point of view of the hunter, heavily resembles the original Predator movie, sending some chills down the old nostalgia spine.

When Sonya pretends to be tired or passed out, Reptile reveals himself and dodges a point-blank shot with his amazing speed, then proceeds to ferociously attack blade with his acid spit and some sick combos.

Sonya realizes she can see him when covered in mud and starts taking the upper hand, leading to an amazing exaggerated animation of her straining herself to the edge while running at him, dodging a lunge and trapping him between her legs, then flipping over him and choking him with a wire, ultimately resulting in his head being cut off.

She finishes with the retort: "F**k with the Blade, you're gonna get cut". Less than stellar, really cheesy, but slightly effective.

And I'll take whatever I can get when it comes to love for the underappreciated Reptile.
