"Most of the great graphic novels are gone" - So which two has Brett Ratner optioned?

Brett Ratner will direct an adaptation of Rob Liefeld's 90's graphic novel YOUNGBLOOD for Big Reliance Entertainment according to Variety. youngblood2-736680 The company have paid a mid six figures to transform YOUNGBLOOD into a movie. The graphic novel is about a superhero team that is sanctioned by the U.S. government and are treated more like celebrities than what we think of as heroes. Ratner told the trade....

€œMost of the great graphic novels are gone, and €˜Youngblood€™ is one of the few comicbooks left with tentpole potential,€ Ratner told Daily Variety. €œIt was a real personal passion project for me, and a lot of people wanted (€˜Youngblood€™), but the amazing thing about the guys at Reliance is the speed with which they€™re able to move.€
Ratner has also acquired the French graphic novel FLY WIRES and set Sylvain White (STOMP THE YARD) to direct with John Collee (MASTER AND COMMANDER to scribe). The film will carry the title INFINITY but I've been unable to find any plot details on the web. Both projects are expected to end up with Paramount where Ratner has a first look deal.
