Holy Ark of the Covenants! We are only three and half months away from the opening of INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL and stuff is really starting to leak thick and fast, just as we thought it would. This is probably my favourite promotional image so far.

I heard this week that an interview with new Empire Magazine has George Lucas telling everyone that the new movie will be more akin to the cheesy sci-fi movies of the 50's like CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON and THE BLOB (I didn't read it myself, so I don't know if those were the movies he actually referenced). I can dig it... light-hearted was definitely the way to go with this franchise given the age of Harrison. Trailer countdown = 12 days! source - mtv
