Sony have released a number of official images for their impending reboot of Ghostbusters on the Ghostbusters News Twitter page, and with them we get one solid look at each of the main ladies - Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon - as well as their receptionist, Chris Hemsworth. No, he's not playing himself, but rather a gent named Kevin, according to IMDb. McKinnon certainly looks to be the eccentric one of the group, based on how she's dressed, and McCarthy and Wiig certainly don't look like they'll be playing their traditionally bolshy personality types (especially in McCarthy's case). It'll definitely be a refreshing change of pace to not have McCarthy swear and offend her way through a movie in order to get laughs - although admittedly funny, it's a shtick that would feel out of place in the Ghostbusters world. It doesn't matter who they've got in those four jump-suited roles - just as long as they nail the tone and humour of the first two films.
