New Logan Super Bowl Trailer Gets Intense
None of this is going to have a happy ending.
As expected, Fox have just debuted a new teaser for the forthcoming release of Logan. It's a little light on new footage, though there are new flashes in there, including a good look at Stephen Merchant's Caliban beat up and more hints that the mutants are all going to be the victims of some sort of power-limiting super-weapon.
It's a great choice to use a stripped down version of Amazing Grace to juxtapose with the heavy violence, and if anything it makes everything seem an awful lot more intense, and underlines the fact that this is definitely a wholly different universe.

It's really hard not to get very excited about this. Let's hope Mangold and Jackman deliver on the latter's swansong.
