Nick Fury: 10 Ramifications His Disney+ Series Could Have For The Marvel Cinematic Universe

1. Wolverine Joins The MCU

The X-Men are coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Marvel Studios isn't rushing that (mainly because they're looking to put some distance between the disastrous Dark Phoenix and the reboot).

Elements from that world are already finding their way into upcoming stories, with The Falcon and The Winter Soldier set to pay a visit to Madripoor. That fictional nation is somewhere Wolverine once hid out as "Patch," but what if this Nick Fury series explores his history with James "Logan" Howlett?

It would certainly make sense, especially if Wolverine is working for Canada's Department H at this point in time, and using this show to introduce the character would obviously be massive for the MCU. Logan was his own man for years before joining the X-Men, so a grounded tale (minus some of a the other cosmic ideas suggested here) which focuses on Wolverine as well would be a huge deal for Disney+.

Having whoever plays the new Wolverine share the screen with Samuel L. Jackson would be a great start, and as unexpected as it might be, there's no denying it would bring some eyes to this series!
