Now we get HERCLUES: THE BEGINNING!
Officially the third HERCULES project in the works!
Another new Hercules project has been put into production. Russian action star/producer Alexander Nevsky has put plans in place to make Hercules: The Beginning - a $12 million project that will rival Millennium Films tentpole release of 2010 AND a Peter Berg directed adaptation over at Spyglass.
Mostly unknown in the English speaking world, Nevksy is a bodybuilder, author and a big movie star in his native Russia and has attempted to break Hollywood over the last decade without too much success.
Nevsky will star and produce the film, he is currently looking for a writer and director - and presumably wants to move fast so he can beat the two studio projects into production!
