Flying to Nice, from Newcastle Airport, 1.50pm Easyjet flight today. Hopefully... My compradre and OWF webmastering genius Peter Willis has just informed me that flights to Barcelona and other parts of Spain were cancelled this morning due to the volcanic Ash cloud, and you begin to wonder if Sod and his frikkin' Law are going to cause trouble for us this evening if the wind is in our direction. The latest flight cancelled according to Easyjet is the 6.25am to Faro, Portugal. Do we have a plan B? Hitchhike hike from Newcastle to London, Eurostar to Paris and then train to Cannes? Is that even realistically an option?
