Olympic sized t.v. spot for BENJAMIN BUTTON

Brad Pitt's aging backwards drama from David Fincher, opening Christmas time.

I can't express how incredibly excited I am to see David Fincher's follow-up to Zodiac, the much anticipated sci-fi/drama The Curious Case of Benjamin Button which re-teams the director with his Fight Club and Se7en star Brad Pitt.

The movie is an adaptation of a 1920's F. Scott Fitzgerald short story where our lead Pitt starts aging backwards, which has disastrous consequences for his life, specifically his relationship with Cate Blanchett. The movie whose colour scheme and feel looks like a blending of Cronenberg's Eastern Promises mixed with Shyamalan's Unbreakable but with Fincher's ever distinct mark. This pretty epic sized t.v. spot aired during the Olympic Games on Sunday night, sadly it ain't the best quality but it's actually the most footage we have seen of the movie so far. I believe it even gives us more glimpses at the film than the trailer.

Look for it on December 19th (U.S.) and 22nd January (U.K.)
