There are two types of good movies; those that are watched once and thoroughly enjoyed but immediately forgotten about, and those that leave audiences so far taken aback that they must endlessly hound their parents, relatives, friends, and pets to head on over to the cinema to check out what the fuss is about. Generally speaking, what pushes a movie over the edge into true greatness is that one special scene that lingers in your mind; that memorable scene that takes the acting, directing, writing, occasionally special effects to another level, and fires on all cylinders.
