Marion Cotillard (Two Days, One Night) Still Alice is still yet to be released in the UK, and won't be until after Moore takes home the golden baldie for her performance. She's one of the biggest certainties, making the wider category rather unimportant. In the absence of her, it'd be a pretty level playing field - Rosamund Pike was spoilerly psychotic in Gone Girl, Reese Witherspoon made the most unprepared hiker in the world likeable and Felicity Jones gave a performance as subtle as co-star's Eddie Redmayne's was physical. But the real deserved winner (and shock nominee) would be Marion Cotillard in Two Days, One Night. Who saw that coming?
