Me and Adam brushed off our smartest formalwear and suited up for the event, armed with some pretty ruinous drinking rules (who knew the Academy would steer so readily into the race issue?) and a high-stakes bet; we predicted the ten biggest awards, with a hefty forfeit for the loser. How'd it go? Who got more drunk? Who got most angry? And who won the bet?
