Oscars 2024: 20 Insanely Early Predictions

Every year there are those ripe Oscar hopefuls that end up falling flat and being snubbed entirely. This year everybody predicted The Son - the latest film from The Father's Florian Zeller - to be a serious contender across the board, only for it to end up without even a single nomination.

And while it's tough to predict which big movies will end up flatlining upon release, a solid bet is Michael Mann's Enzo Ferrari biopic, Ferrari.

Given that Mann's last film to be recognised by the Academy was Collateral almost 20 years ago, and Adam Driver portraying an almost 60-year-old Ferrari is going to be quite the stretch, don't be shocked if the hyped biopic ends up a mixed bag that falls out of conetntion completely.
