Brad Pitt has announced he will be staring in the upcoming Coen brothers (
Joel and
Ethan) movie
Burn After Reading. The movie, which also stars Pitt's fellow
Oceans Thirteen buddy
George Clooney, is a black comedy focused on a CIA agent who has a mishap with the disc for a book he is writing. At this time it is not clear what role Brad Pitt will be playing in the movie for which shooting will begin in August this year. It is a film which is unknown to the masses, with limited details released (there isn't even a full IMDB entry for it yet!). The Coen brothers - who were responsible for 90's hits such as
Fargo and
Miller's Crossing - do have some ground to make up with critics, after recent movies have not been well recieved. Brad Pitt has certainly been busy of late, with no less than 7 movies scheduled to be released between now and the end of 2008! source -
