Predicting How 2021's Biggest Movies Will End

1. Laurie's Daughter Is Killed By Michael - Halloween Kills

Had 2020 been a normal year, Halloween Kills actually would've hit cinemas back in October, but Universal instead made the decision to delay its release by an entire year to capitalise on that lucrative seasonal box office.

Returning director David Gordon Green's has promised that the sequel to his 2018 "reboot-quel" will boast "ten times the kills," but in the end it might only be one that truly matters to Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis).

It's not much of a secret that Halloween Kills is going to end on some sort of a cliffhanger leading into the "final" film in the new trilogy, Halloween Ends. And at this point there's not much new the series can do, but what about having Laurie's daughter Karen (Judy Greer) killed at Michael's hand?

It'd be a suitably horrifying way to set the stage for a final, final, we-really-mean-it-this-time battle between Laurie and Michael, giving The Shape a deeply personal victory heading into the historic climactic showdown.
