Quentin Tarantino's DJANGO UNCHAINED Plot Revealed

Information is leaking fast now on Quentin Tarantino's next movie. After the confirmation came last night that his long-gestating spaghetti western would be titled 'Django Unchained' and the front cover of the script he only completed on Tuesday leaked online, a source at Indie Wire now claims to have read it and has offered the following;
Django is a freed slave, who, under the tutelage of a German bounty hunter (played by Christopher Waltz the evil Nazi officer in Inglorious Basterds) becomes a bad-ass bounty hunter himself, and after assisting Waltz in taking down some bad guys for profit, is helped by Waltz in tracking down his slave wife and liberating her from an evil plantation owner. And that doesn€™t even half begin to cover it! This film deals with racism as I€™ve rarely seen it handled in a Hollywood film. While it€™s 100 percent pure popcorn and revenge flick, it is pure genius in the way it takes on the evil slave owning south. Think of what he did with the Nazis in Inglorious and you€™ll get a sense of what he€™s doing with slave owners and slave overseers in this one.€
For the lead role of Django, a 'tough masculine black actor' is required. We are long past the days Samuel L. Jackson could lead this, but how's about Idris Elba? Wouldn't that be something to see? So a black western from Quentin Tarantino which like Inglourious Basterds will have a post-modern social commentary on history and is in all intents - the Sergio Leone/Sergio Corbucci homage film that his whole career seems to have been building towards. Finally we get his own unique stamp on the Western genre and it sure sounds awesome but then I would say that, my favourite ever director is Sergio Leone! Django Unchained is to shoot later this year at The Weinsteins, with Universal, Warner Bros & Sony interested in distributing internationally according to Deadline. Stacey Sher, executive producer of Pulp Fiction produces and once casting is complete, the movie will go before camera's. Could be as early as this summer or the fall. The Weinsteins are said to be working hard to stop the script leaking online but it's only a matter of time.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8Ge2hmSTbo
