Ranking April 2015's Movies From Worst To Best

1. Avengers: Age Of Ultron

RottenTomatoes Score: 81% (7.3/10), at the time of press Box Office: With a huge $250 million budget, Age of Ultron needs to hit the ground running, and its $9.5 million first-day international gross is a damn fine start. Given that 2012's The Avengers managed to pull in an insane $1.5 billion, it would be a huge shock if this movie didn't at least make $1.6 billion. The Verdict: Though Age of Ultron fails to reach the heights of the original movie, it's still a giant dose of goofy fun, filled with ludicrous set-pieces and uproarious banter. Those expecting the best film in the MCU might be a little disappointed, but if you were smart, you probably suspected Joss Whedon wouldn't be able to bottle lightning the same way twice. Above all else, it re-affirms Marvel Studios' meticulous approach to their world-building, and of course leaves plenty open as Phase Three kicks off with next year's Civil War. What were your favourite movies from April? Which movies sucked? Shout it out in the comments!
