Ranking Every Animated Batman Film From Worst To Best

15. Batman: Mystery Of The Batwoman

This is the film that is decidedly the black sheep of the "Timmverse" Batman films (those stemming from the continuity of Batman: The Animated Series and spearheaded by Bruce Timm.) This is largely due to the fact that it is simply the least memorable of the bunch.

Mystery of the Batwoman was released in 2003 and would have been the last Timmverse film had Batman & Harley Quinn not been announced. All things considered, it's perfectly fine, just far from being actually perfect. The premise is good, if a bit clichéd; it features Kevin Conroy as Batman, which is always a plus; and the animation is just fine.

The story itself is decent as well, but just isn't one that unfolds in a particularly interesting way. The "mystery" aspect, which is the mat of the film, is rather underplayed and you don't really have that same desire to know all the answers as you would watching a film like Mask of the Phantasm for the first time.

All of that said, this is not a bad film by any means, it's just not all that great.
