Ranking Every Disney Animated Movie From Worst To Best!

Beauty & The Beast is not just the perfect Disney movie - it's a damn-near-perfect movie in general.

Everything about this film, from the animation to the story and character building to the music to the pure, uncut Disney magic is just... positively remarkable in every sense of the word. Belle and Beast's relationship is built up incredibly, the pure emotion expressed in the animation is breathtaking, the villain's (Gaston's) motives and progression are clear and defined throughout, and that scene where they dance together in the ballroom as Angela Lansbury sings the titular song (which, by the way, she did in one take) is genuinely one of the most beautiful things ever seen in a film.

There is a reason why this was the first animated film to be nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards - it's magnificent.
