Believe it or not, Keanu Reeves one co-starred in a movie with not only Charles Bronson but Academy Award winner Ellen Burstyn.

Arriving many years after Brosnon became a one-man army in the Death Wish franchise, Act of Vengeance is nevertheless a wholly more thoughtful kind of genre film.

Bronson is terrifically stoic as doomed administrator Joseph "Jock" Yablonski - who was ultimately assassinated for attempting to better the United Coal Miners Union - while Reeves is a hoot as one of the goofball assassins tasked with offing him.

31. Man Of Tai Chi (2013)

Yes, Keanu directed a martial arts movie back in 2013, and you know what? It's not too bad.

Though made from hilariously familiar parts and doing absolutely nothing new with the genre, it's clear that Reeves has paid firm attention to the dozens of skilled directors he's worked with other the years.

Acting-wise it's not one of Reeves' finest moments, but Tiger Chen's charismatic performance more than makes up for it, as do the lashings of kinetic action.
