22. Hawkeye
Hawkeye is the first of the original six Avengers on this list. Clint Barton is the dead-eye marksman that has fought alongside the Avengers since 2012. He uses his signature bow and arrows and, since he has taken up the alter-ego Ronin, utilises a katana sword, knives and throwing stars.
He has been shown to be an incredibly skilled marksman, hitting enemies without looking and sniping from great distances away. His hand-to-hand skills have been shown to equal Black Widow multiple times and even challenge Black Panther for a brief time.
He has also shown his skills as a tactician in his attack on the SHIELD Helicarrier and rescuing Wanda Maximoff, where he briefly distracted and trapped Vision, a hero much stronger than him.
However, a main weakness of Hawkeye is his vulnerability. Despite his accuracy, Clint Barton is a regular human with no superpowers. His weapons are deadly however most are not heavy hitting, so he would struggle against more powerful opponents that his attacks don't affect.
