Ranking Every Predator From Worst To Best

As the main villain of Predators, Berserker or Mr. Black was a hunter who discarded all the rules of honor. The leader of the Super Predator trio, it was bigger and more violent than the previous Predators that had come before it. From stabbing unarmed victims to ripping their spines while they were conscious, this was a creature of pure savagery.

Its armor was darker and more streamlined than before. A modernization of the standard Predator design, it even had a creature's jaw attached to its mask. It also had darker skin with shades of red (hence the name Mr. Black.) From the sleeker wrist blade to a gatling gun style plasma caster, Studio KNB succeeded in modernizing the beloved movie monster for the new decade. As it removed its mask, it revealed a visage uglier than the ones before it. Berserker would face off against Royce in the film's final battle and despite its size, Royce would eventually get the better of it.

Predators was an update of the original, it took what worked with Predator and added new twists to it. It then made sense that Berserker was an extension of that philosophy. Brutal in its way, the film gave audiences a Predator that was pure evil while keeping true to aesthetics established in previous films.
