Though it would be a disservice to the rock music video industry, its really hard not to wish John Hillcoat would make more movies. Following on from the wonderful Lawless, the director has assembled a stunning cast including Casey Affleck, Woody Harrelson, Anthony Mackie, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Kate Winslet for his most striking sounding project. The film boasts a twisting monster of a plot, detailing a corrupt police units attempt to pull off a heist undiscovered by murdering a fellow cop as a distraction. Think the Departed, but with more violence. Release: Feb 26th
