Ranking Green Lantern Actor Shortlist From Worst To Best

2. Bradley Cooper

Armie Hammer Green Lantern
Fox 2000 Pictures

Bradley Cooper actually auditioned for Hal Jordan in the 2011 Green Lantern movie, so there's definitely a history here, but at the same time Cooper probably knows better than anyone how barely he dodged a bullet the first time.

There's no doubting he'd be a good fit for the part, though: handsome, witty and convincing as an a**hole.

How Likely Is It?: The first major hurdle here is whether Marvel Studios will allow Cooper to play Rocket Raccoon in the MCU while also taking a live-action part in the DCEU.

It shouldn't be a problem in theory, given that Cooper probably records his Rocket lines over a weekend, but never under-estimate pettiness in Hollywood.

Ultimately, though, his career's doing plenty good without something like this, so he doesn't need to take the risk, but it's certainly not impossible. 5/10
