Ranking March 2018's Movies From Worst To Best
10. Peter Rabbit
RottenTomatoes Score: 61% (5.8/10)
Box Office: Made for a sensible $50 million, the Beatrix Potter adaptation opened above expectations and has already easily tripled its budget. Its final international rollout should push it past the $200 million mark, making a sequel quite inevitable.
Verdict: A surprisingly not-bad family film even with the dubious presence of James Corden and an abundance of ill-fitting pop music, Peter Rabbit is at least a sweet, surprisingly self-aware adventure film that's visually gorgeous and benefits from fine live-action work by Domhnall Gleeson and Rose Byrne.
There are tonal issues for sure, but it's light on its feet and delivers a rip-roaring romp that's pretty and easy to watch for the most part.
